About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

LHR PEK REP. Do I need a visa or am I ok with the 72 hour transit?

Hi I am travelling from Heathrow arrive in Beijing 27th Dec leave 29th Dec to go to Cambodia. I will return to the UK via PEK but will not be leaving the airport- I have a 5 hour lay over

Kelly, you are eligible for 72 hours free transit if the duration between your arrival and departure at Beijing airport is less than 72 hours. For your return trip, you still can make use of 72 hours free transit too though you just transit for 5 hours.
