How much does its cost by Taxi from  East Railway Station to Huanchen International Hotel, Shangcheng District  ???  how do I reach that hotel from the train station if I take public transport ?? How far the Huanchen International Hotel Shangcheng Distric to the West lake ??

If you buy the ticket in the station, it will be a bit cheaper, for TCG will charges a service fee. And as I know, there are a lot of trains in operation everday, you can buy the ticket upon your arrival at the rain station.The hotel you mentioned refers to Huachen International Hotel, right? If so, it may cost you CNY30 to take a taxi.If by public transport, you can take the subway line 1 from the rain station and get off at Longxiangqiao Station. Take the Exit D4 and walk about 610 yards to the hotel.The hotel is quite near the West Lake scenic area, about 850 yards from the lake shore, and about 1.4 miles from the Duanqiao Spot.
