The crackers and the instant noodles are allowed to taken into China, but you cannot take a lot. Some are for your personal usage are allowed to enter.
For the milk can, you can also take some for personal use. If you want to take milk powder, you can only take 6 tins with each around 800g or take 24 tins with each less than 24 tins with less than 800g per tin.
