can Hong Kong airport authority put my baggges at my hotel & its free or charges ?

The airport don't have this authority to put your luggage to your hotel. You should store your luggage by yourselves.
You can put your things at the airport. There are two baggage storage points. One is in Terminal 1 and the other is in Terminal 2. And the fare is not free. It depends on the time you storage and the sizes of your luggage.
