Well, I know some Cheongsam shops that provide tailor service in Gulou District. The Cheongsams of these stores has good quality and reasonable price. They are located at the area of Wushan Crossing, Gulou District. About formal business wear, you can go to 'Mr.C Suit'. It's located at no.46 shop, 7th floor of Guanya Plaza, no.268. West Bayiqi Raod, Taijiang District.Hope you like. :-)
