About:China Private Visit Visa

Can I stay as long as I wish with an S1 Visa?

My wife is living and working in China, and has a work Z. Will I be permitted to stay in China longer than 6 months and as long as a whole year if I obtain an S1 type?

It is possible to stay longer than 6 months or longer after getting a S1. Remember to change your S1 to a resident permit after you enter China, so that you can stay longer. The S1 only has a validity of 30 days, so you need to change within 30 days.
