From PVG to Sofitel Shanghai Hyland 505 Nanjing Road East - 200001 SHANGHAI

Our Plane, Emirates, is scheduled to arrive to PVG at 21:05 on DEC 14. We have a booking for one night at Sofitel SH Hyland which includes a 375 CNY voucher for food and drinks in their restautans one of which is open till midnight. What is the best and speediest way to get there? How must would a taxi ride cost? We have no Chinese visas, we will apply for a 72-hour transit - we have confirmed air tickets from PVG to Manila on 16 Dec at 00:30 by Ceby Pacific. Will this be OK for such transit?
