About:Zhangjiajie Transportation

Changsha to Zhangjiaje by train

we will be taking the bullet train from Hong Kong to Changsha on the 7th February 2015 and want to know how to get by train from Changsha to ZJJ on the same date. Can you help us please with information.

Just remind you that there is no direct bullet train from HK to Changsha. You need a transfer at Guangzhou. (take Hong Kong – Guangzhou Through Trains to Guangzhou East; take bus/subway to Guangzhou South to take high speed train to Changsha) There are 7 trains run from Changsha to ZJJ every day, respectively in 02:17, 03:37, 04:59, 07:50, 08:02, 20:30, 22:26 and it takes around 5.5h. You can arrange your schedule according to your train arrival time.

Here is another choice: you take train from HK to Guangzhou East. And then reach Guangzhou Railway Station, from the station you can take train T8316 to ZJJ directly in around 12.5h.
