What must a Malaysian do to enter Shanghai during a transit as Malaysia is not one of the 51 Free countries?

How long will you stay in Shanghai?
If your stopover in that city is less than 24 hours, you can enjoy the 24-hour free transit. If it is over that period, you need to apply for Transit G for the stopover.
