May I know if you will leave from Kunming? If so, public bus no. 9, 79, 128 or 249 cna directly take you to the Black Dragon Pool.
To Jiuxiang, no direct bus is available. You can take a bus at East Bus Station to Yiliang first. After that, you can take a taxi to Jiuxiang.0
