Can I know where to get Shou Mi Handphone and tablet ??

The genuine Handphone & Tablet - no imitation. Roughly in China - how much and where to get reliable shop.
What is the exchange rate in China for SD to CNY ? In Singapore , roughly SD1 = CNY 4.70

Going to Li Jiang in December - where to get the genuine medicine "Hong Jin Tian" for treatment of altitude
in Guangzhou ? Roughly how much ??

where to get woollen coat or kitted wear or cardigan for my inlaws - both around 86 & 78

Rosaline, I am afraid that it's difficult for you to buy Xiao Mi products. They are just sold on its website. China Telecom, China Unicom and China Mobile sell Xiao handphones too. However, they are just contract phones. The exchange rate changes every day. Today is SD 1 = CNY 4.7090. Hong Jin Tian can be found at the drug stores. The prices are different, CNY 40 to 90. The clothes can be found at any shopping center in Guangzhou. But the prices might be expensive.
