hi there, change of job/company

hi, there, I was born on 17 Feb 82, and would like to change company, will it be wise to do it next year 2015, or it has to be before the end of this year? many thanks, mary

Mary, I think you might try to find a new job before you decide to quit because your career luck isn't good in 2015. Although you work very hard, your boss doesn't appreciate your work performance. If you plan to leave, you may leave this year. The premise is that you can find a new job first.
