I need to travel to Anqing from the airport in Hefei. Is there a train or bus?

Yes, there are four long-distance buses that can take you to Anqing directly. The schedules respectively are 11:20，14:00, 16:20 and 18:20. The ticket fare is CNY 85 per adult. And it will take around 3.5 hours on the way.
