Is there anyway to get from Shaxi/Dali straight to Yuanyang?

Hi I've only 12 days in Yunnan, I arrive in Kunming but I don't want to waste any time there. Been looking at going straight up to Lijiang then Dali then Shaxi would rather skip going back to Kunming and straight down to Yuanyang, is this possible?
