Please advise how to go penglai from yantai by bus

are the attraction places in YT are close in winter thanks

You can take long-distance bus at the YT General Bus Station. There are lots of buses that can take you to Penglai Bus Station every day. The ticket fare is CNY 16 to 22 per adult.
There is no scenic area that will be closed in winter.
