can a group visa extented by individuals in china.

Question

Me and my wife travelling with a group in group type.we would like to extend it for a week or two.any options.please advise.

Since it is a group type, the group members need to enter and leave China together. If you cannot leave China for some reasons, you and your group organizer need to apply a permit from the local PSB. So you also need to communicate with your group leader.
