Can anyone help me with my parcel RL045664115CN?

While tracking they are showing 'Departure from outward office of exchange' for about 15 days.Thank You

I got the same result at you, but it is a pity that no one can tell you the reason. For most cases, the reason is that there are many parcels at custom, so your parcel is stuck.
