Any shuttle bus to Hong Kong airport from Cityview Hotel?

Flight at 7.20am.

As you mentioned your flight is at 07:20am, you need reach the airport before 05:00am. You can walk to Pitt Street, Nathan Road to take the overnight bus N23. Get off at Passengers Terminal Building, Cheong Tat Road. By the way, the bus ride is 40 minutes.
