There is no direct bus between these two places.
You can take bus no. 55 at No.99 Caine Road, and get off at Queen's Road East, Near Queen Elizabeth Stadium. Then transfer to bus no. 40 at Happy Valley Racecourse,Morrison Hill Road, and get off at Stanley Police Station. After arriving, just walk to the Stanley Market directly.
