About:Chinese Tea

Which type of Chinese tea has the least amount of caffeine?

I am sensitive to caffeine. Which tea type should I drink? Is pu erh tea good?

Yes, Pu erh tea is good. You may also drink black tea, which contains less caffeine compared with other kinds of tea. Wheat tea is also ok.
