You are suggested to go to Shiliupu Ferry Terminal, and buy the ticket.  It is just 2.1 miles away from your hotel.Just take a taxi to the destination directly. The taxi fare is CNY 15.Different ship has different leaving place. After bought the ticket, you will know the exactly starting place.
