About:How to Refund / Cancel a China Train Ticket

Is it possible to change the name/passport information for a ticket?

My friend has just gotten sick and can no longer come with me. The train leaves tomorrow, and another friend is willing to take their place.

I'm afraid no. You can only cancel the original one and buy a new one.
