About:Huanglong National Scenic Reserve

Will be Huanglong and Jiuzhaigou around the 28th of November?

I have heard that both of these scenic spots might close from Nov to March because of the freezing weather. So I would like to know definitely if HL and Jiuzhaigou will be opening during the week of 28th of November?

Jiuzhaigou will be open as usual. Based on the routine, HL scenic area would be closed from the Mid of Nov, to the next March. You'd better check the latest news for the info before your traveling.
