How will be 2015 for me (2013 and 2014 till now has been pathetic- pls. help!)

I had a pathetic 2013 and 2014, in terms of my own little business (consulting firm), finances, growth and overall stability in life. Pls sdvise, how will things be for me and my family in 2015. Will it better and my hard work pays for a bright future ahead!
