About:China Work Visa

55 and problems for staying in China!!

I'm 55 and I've had a residence permit for 8 years. I own a hime in Shanghai.
Last year my visa expired and I had much difficulty in obtaining another because of my age. How can I get a longer period one, say 3 yrs?

Do you have any other relatives in China or you stay in China for working?
In general, it is a little bit hard to get a longer one if you are not in China for working or for family reunion purposes especially you are 55 years old. There is no better method.

Your current one may need to be renew every year? This type is also OK. The only problem is that you need to renew it every year.
