Since you want to reach the Lantau area, the nearest port is the skypier. But if you don’t intend to take a flight at that day, you cannot use the ferry, for it is a closed channel.

In Jiuzhou Port, you can take the direct ferry to HK-Macau Ferry terminal. After your arrival, you can walk to Sheung Wan Station to take the Island MTR line to Central station, where you ccan transfer to the Tung Chung Line to Tung Chung Station. Then you can reach your hotel within few mins walking.
