About:China Visa Application in USA

Visa Application from Florida

I live in Florida, I am having trouble contacting the Consulate which corresponds to me which is Houston. To get a tourist L for my trip in December do I have to go to Houston to acquire it or which other way can I get it?

You can go to apply in person or you can apply through a local tour agency.
Personally speaking, if possible, you are suggested to go to apply in person.
