Malaysian tourist trying to get a China Visa in Tokyo/Sapporo

Hi, I'm flying to Sapporo for a holiday and will be in Sapporo and Tokyo for about 10 days.I want to fly to China from Tokyo, is it possible for me to get my china permit in Japan? Thanks!

it is possible to apply in Japan, but it is not assured that you can get one. Why not choose to apply in Malaysia? If you just fly from Malaysia to Japan and stay there for around10 days, you can apply one in Malaysia.
