Hangzhou Tea Plantations Hike

Hello!

I am planning a hike at the tea plantations in the city this weekend.

We would like to start from Longjing village and hike all the way to Meijiawu village.

Is there a path connecting the 2 villages along the plantations?

How long would it take?

Thank you!

Riccardo

You may refer to the Shili Langdang (十里锒铛) path, in both sides of which there are tea planations.

Shi Li equals around 3.5mi. So it is fine to hike between the two villages. You may need to spend 2-3h on that.

Let me know if it is what you wanna know.

Dear both,
thank you for the tips.

Dear David,
I have heard the path should be from Longjing village, walking along the soil road and then a stone stairway upward to SanFenCha, from there straight and slightly downward to Meijiawu village.
I am not sure about the name, but looking on the map it seems yes.
Am i right?

Dear Shili,
we are arriving in Hangzhou at 8.00 and plan to arrive in Longjing at around 8.30.
What time are you starting?
