businesstourist type?

Hi Myself and 2 colleagues are planning a trip to China next year, we are an Indonesian based company that run DJ retreats in 5 star hotels. I imagine the answer is yes but, will we require a business visa for this 5 day trip, and are there any special requirements? I am a British passport holder my colleagues are Singaporean and British. thanks!

We take a fee from the hotel as our payment, all taxes are paid here in Indonesia and we are not making any money from selling anything.
