Transit is 3 hours waiting time until next flight. What are the requirements other than my confirmed seat/flight booking, passport, and visa for destination country?

Do you want to leave the airport?If you just stay in the transfering area in the airport, nothing is required. If you want to leave the airport, you can show your valid passport and your onward tickets with confirmed seat to apply a stay permit to leave the airport.
