how to go to harbin? i am from macau. and how long is the travelling time?

Well, you are suggested to take a plane from Macau to Shanghai Pudong International Airport. It takes around 2.5 hours on the way. Then transfer a flight to Taiping Airport. It takes around 3 hours on the way.
