About:Hong Kong MTR - East Rail Line

East TST to Shatin, Hong Kong

How do I travel i travel from East TST to Shatin please?

East TST is interconnected with Hung Hom-does that mean that to travel between the two stations I need to walk? Or is it a train ride?

Well, there is no direct MTR that can take you to the destination. You need to transfer.

Take West Rail Line at ETST to Hung Hom Station first. Then transfer to East Rail Line, and get off at Sha Tin Station, Exit A4.
You needn't to walk. You can just transfer the subway in the MTR station.
Taking subways is the best choice for you to choose. :-)
