changing passport during visa left.

Hi I am korean citizen who try to apply double entry permit in china, as I will need to go to china for 2 times next 2 months, I am staying in Bangkok for now, and plan to go to china end of this month (december) and then , plan to go to china again next year January.
Therefore I am planning to apply for double entry type, as i will go to china 2 times.
The problem is, after December, I will change my passport, as my passport expire in next year july, in that case can I use the double entry type left on ex passport of mine? or should I better to apply seperate ones for old passport and new passport?

You are suggested to apply seperate ones for your old and new passports to avoid troubles.

May I know how long you can get a new passport? If it will not take a long time, you can apply a new passport first and then apply a Chinese double entry type.
