About:China Train

novotel Xianqiao : train to Shanghai

Good evening,
I forseen a travel from Beijing to Shanghai. I'll stay in Novotel Xianqiao. What is the nearest train station ? Beijing south, north, East or West for the high speed train ?

If you want to take D or G types, you can only departs from Beijing South Railway station and arrive at Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station. You can walk to Chongwenmen Station from your hotel and take the subway Line 2 and get off at Xuanwumen Station. Then change to Line 4 and get off at Beijing South Railway Station. The trip will take about 20min. If you choose to take an overnight trip, you can depart from Beijing Railway Station and you can take Line 2 from Chongwenmen station and get off at Beijing Railway station. This trip will take about 10min.
