You can take bus no. A10 at Hill Road, Des Voeux Road West and get off at Lantau Link Toll Plaza. Then transfer to bus no. R8 to Disneyland directly. It will take around 55 mins on the way. And the ticket fare is 40 HKD per adult.0

I have another way for you: take a taxi to Central in 8-10min. Walk to HK station to take Tung Chung line and get off at Sunny Bay. After that, transfer to Disney line to your destination.1
