About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

any free shuttle from Hong Kong station to Jen Hotel (formerly traders hotel)?

There is no direct free shuttle bus between these two places.
You can take the tram at Des Voeux Road Central (Pottinger Street), and get off at Whitty Street (Shek Tong Tsui) Terminus. After arriving, just walk to your hotel directly.
