ticket delivery service to hotel.

Question

Hello, I am from great britain and would like to book my tickets online. We are going up to Danyang railstation from Hangzhou East railway staying and staying in the Ondine international hotel in danyang.Can you please let me know how you can request online for your tickets to be delivered to a hotel so we don't have to go to a ticket office and get them? If you want to book online from TCG and ask then to deliver it to your hotel, you can just fill in the delivery address form when you submit your booking order.
