travel from yantai (shandong) to quanzhou (fujian)

I will be in yantai (shandong) and want to travel from there to QZ. it is possible to travel by train or by bus and how long time this travel take

By train, there is no direct train service, so transfer is needed. You can take a train to Jinan first in 7-8h. Then transfer to the only high-speed train to your destination in around 10.5h. By bus, there is only one direct long-distance bus from Yantai General Bus Station to your destination every other day. It leaves the bus station at 14:45. It costs CNY685 and takes 20-22h.
