We are visiting Shanghai, is it worth to stay a week or just a couple of days?

A whole week might be a little long to stay in this city. If you don't mind, I would suggest you stay there for 4 days and the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, the Bund, Yuyuan Garden, Nanjing Road and XIn Tian Di should not be missed. For the time left, you can take a high-speed train to tour Hangzhou and Suzhou.
