Is ox and dog compatible?

I just got out of a bad relationship with a pig. It started ok but then things went downhill fast and now I'm talking to a girl who's a dog and wondering if it'll work out or not. Things have been going good now but should I just keep testing the waters?

According to Chinese zodiac, oxand dog are incompatible because they both have too many differences in personalities.
