If by train, you need several transfers. Take Airport Express to Tsing Yi, where transfer to Tung Chung MTR line to Nam Cheong. There you can transfer to West Rail line to Hung Hom and take East Rail line to Lo Wu.
Or take airport shuttle bus no. E41 to Tai Wo Estate. Then walk to Tai Wo MTR station to take East Rail line to Lo Wu.0
