Baggage for bicycle on bus from Kuming to Shangri la

What is the baggage limits and Is there a cost to have a bicycle in the bag on the bus?

Sorry I forget the specific rules. Under normal circumstance, a folding bicycle can be taken on the bus, it would be placed in the container. But if your bag is too big you need to pay for it.
