what would be the most affordable transport from mirador mansion to Hong Kongairport at 4:30am?

Yes, apart from taxi, you have an economical choice. You can walk to Haiphone Road, Nathan Road to take the night bus N21 to the airport directly. The bus ride is about 75 mins and the bus fare is HKD23.
