You may refer to Quzhou, right? If so, It is about 198 miles far between these two cities. Both train and bus are available. If you take a train, it may take about 5.5h and cost CNY174 for a soft sleeper.
In the NB Central Bus Station, there are direct buses to Quzhou, and the bus fare is CNY 106 and the travel time is about 4 hours.
