Yes, the best time to visit the terrace is during Nov to the next Apr., and the Dec is right in the period of time.In December, the terrace is full of water, and the rice haven’t been planted in. You can see the glistening pond. Meanwhile, there are red duckweeds growing in the water, which is quite beautiful.
