You can take subway line at Sha Tin Station, and get off at Hung Hom Station, Exit A1.
After arriving, just take a taxi to the park directly. The taxi fare is about 75 HKD.1

Walk from your hotel to Sha Tin MTR station to take East Rail line to Hung Hom station. Then walk to Cross Harbour Tunnel Toll Plaza bus teminus to take bus no. 106 and get off at Ngan Mok Street, King's Road. After that, you can easily walk to Tin Hau Bus Terminus to take bus no. 629 to the park.1
