Is Botanical Garden in Xian open during winter season, such as early Dec?

YP, th garden is open in early december. It is open from 08:00 to 18:00.

Where is this Botanical Garden located? Any flowers available in mid of March? tks.

It is at South Cuihua Road, Yanta District. The public transportation is very convenient. City bus no. 12, 23, 26, 27 and 503 can lead you there directly. For all I know, the flower begins to bloom from March. You can surely enjoy yourself there.
