YP, th garden is open in early december. It is open from 08:00 to 18:00.

It is at South Cuihua Road, Yanta District. The public transportation is very convenient. City bus no. 12, 23, 26, 27 and 503 can lead you there directly. For all I know, the flower begins to bloom from March. You can surely enjoy yourself there.
