Hello, can Malaysia get work Z in short period of time ?  Can you advise by which best way he can get it in short time & how long will it take ?

Usually, the processing days are four working day, so you can get your Work Z after four working days. Where do you want to apply? In general, you can try to apply for an express service to get it in around 2 to 3 working days. Some embassy/consulate also provides rush service, by which you can get it within 24 hours. If you really want to get it in a short time, you can apply.
