About:Shanghai Weather

I will be going to Shanghai from January 15-19. What type of clothes should I wear?

My teacher told me to bring a very thick jacket in order to keep warm and to bear under garments. Is that necessary??

Hey, the temperature at that period would be 30-50F. Sometimes it would be raining even snowing. Besides, SH is located near the sea, so it is always windy there. Your teacher was right and you need to take a thick jacket and scarf.
